A Mermaids Tail
Once upon a time long, long ago in the days of mermaids and pirates there was a young mermaid called Sylvia, she had long golden hair and lived at the bottom of the ocean with her family.

One day while she was out exploring, she got lost but she saw a Pirates ship in the distance and swam over to it. Oh no she suddenly got her tail stuck between the pirates ship and some rocks, she pulled and pulled at her tail but she couldn’t get free, “I will be in so much trouble if I’m not home for my tea at 4 o’clock” Sylvia said to herself.

All of a sudden she saw the sea prince coming, “well hello there Sylvia, what are you doing here”
“oh you see I’ve got my tail stuck and I can’t get out, will you help me”.
The prince helped set her free and they lived happily ever after.
