King Deter was not a very pleasant king.
One day, he was collecting his tax when a man was sent to him because he didn’t have enough money to pay the tax. King Deter wasn’t in the least pleased
“But still,” he grumbled “If you don’t pay me next week, there will be consequences!”
“Of course your lordship,” said the man.
That night while the man was having a nightmare on the road, a animal with a head of a lion and a body of a man came striding to the castle of King Deter. By then, King Deter and his men were fast asleep and not aware of anything that was Happening.
The lion crept to the King’s room and strode to King Deters bed. ”Iraciusss , anchambo das” Whispered the lion.
“Money, more money,” Grumbled King Deter in his sleep which soon changed to a” sorry for sins sins sins.
”Ambigada shoudou la” hissed the lion. Suddenly, above the King’s head was a little cross.
The lion disappeared as fast as a bolt of lightning.
The King got up as fast as a flash. It was Christmas after all. In front of his men, King Deter gave all of his belongings to his people and announced that they could pay half the tax.
