Walk in Darkness

A myth submitted to the site by Johnny Guitar

east kilbride, United Kingdom

W.O.W Glad to have survived a Walk in the Darkness .In this mild warm Febuary leap year weather decided to take a lattice Pork Pie and a Bottle ,All was fine strolling through the country lanes and woods .I stopped at the Ancient Marches and found a spot with solid ground out of earshot of distant traffic .

The Pie was succulent and tasty the Bottle its contents much appreciated and complimented the Pie .It was mild and relaxing no sign of wildlife the wind skipped over the bottle neck and gave out a bass tone frequently tone changing .

Then it STOPPED I glanced at the trees they were still waving in Harmony .I quickly slipped into the Marsh the size of the beast blocked the wind and was heading my way .I weaved through the Marsh slowly riasing bottle to catch a note . Nothing it was directly behind me .I deeper into marsh swamp water eyes and nostrills only .So it was lips tasting for courage and ears for a tone with Bottle .Then a note was blown the wind was behind me .The note became more frequent and realised it was a tune ,the Beast was toying with me .

I drained the Bottle the tune got louder and I found myself back on solid ground .I shaked of the slime of Newts and moss. A shadow pounced in front of me and did the same as in dancing a weird squeel peirced my eardrums . The beast lumbered closer a flash of bright lights from its eyes gazed at me for a second and I heard Laughter as the shadow morphed into the sillotte of a naked women ..faded away with huanting words you will see all and know all at the full moon .Bring two bottles . I now know it was a proposal by Nature .FEBUARY 29TH 2012 .
