My Adventure to Grandma's House

A myth submitted to the site by Rebecca

Hi, people call me Little Red Riding Hood, but my real name is Alex.

One day I was sitting on my bed listening to my iPod and texting my friends, when I heard a shout from across the house. It was my Mom telling me to bake cookies for my grandma, and then to go bring them to her house. Of course, I had to do what my mom said, so I went into my extremely messy pantry and found the recipe for the cookies. The cookies I made were the best I had ever tasted and I wanted to eat all of them. My mouth was watering from their amazing appearance and my stomach was growling from the delectable aroma.

While on my way to my grandma’s house I was stopped by a wolf. He seemed very friendly, so I told him where I was going. I continued walking and the only thing I was thinking about were the cookies I had baked.

When I arrived at my grandma’s house, I went inside and saw my “grandmother” in her bed. After a few minutes of being with “her” I realized that something was strange. It was the wolf that I met on the way to my grandmother’s house. I realized he was going to try to eat me. I fought him and knocked him out. As I was catching my breath, I heard someone yell “help”! I went to check in the closet and, what do you know, I found my grandmother tied up in rope. I untied her and took the rope. Using the rope, I tied up the wolf and then called the police. The police came and took the wolf to jail, where he remained for the rest of his life. I was no longer in danger, but I was still going to be more careful from then on.
