A Greek Myth

A myth submitted to the site by Romilly

greek myth, england

When I went round the corner what I saw was a tall half man half bull with two huge horns. He stood on two legs and had huge muscles. I had the first move. I struck his chest. He screamed and fell to the ground...Chris Hodson

I was in the middle of the maze. There was a big fire. I was the first to swing my sword...I missed him. He had a sword too but bigger than mine. The minotaur swung his sword, I jumped under his leg because he was three times bigger than me. I pulled myself up onto his back. I could smell the smoke from the fire. I stuck my sword into his back and jumped

I could smell dead people lying on the ground and he stank of rotten eggs. I could hear the sound of the families crying because of those lost in the maze. When I saw the minotaur his teeth were big and metal. I chopped his head off. Daniel Gardner

The minotaur jumped on me. I hit him with my sword. He had a gash on his neck. He hit me on the leg, I span round with my sword and made a gash on his tummy. He jumped over me so I threw my sword in the air...Luke Cummings

As soon as I entered the maze I knew something was giving off an awful smell. As I went round the corner I came face to face with a huge monster, half man and half bull. I could smell his fur. I got my sword and killed him. Lucia Chaplin

In the cave I was really wounded. I was cut all over. The minotaur was really strong and powerful. He smelled of the blood of dead people. When he came round the corner he had two big horns. He made the first move. I swept my sword at him. A few moments later he was dead. Josh Purple

He smelt like he had gone off. He was four feet bigger than me. I swung my sword and got him, he got angry. Then he picked me up. I stabbed him and he was dead.Tammy MacBurnie

I heard a gobbling noise and it was the minotaur. I got my sword out ready to stab the minotaur. I crept up on him and swung round my sword... Sarah Smith

I was terrified. I heard a strange noise. Then I saw two red eyes. I went into the dark. I suddenly saw him, he had a sword too. It was good that I was smaller than him because I would be able to walk under his legs. I got my sword, went under his tummy and stabbed him. Stephen Bruce
