The Rich Pudding

A myth submitted to the site by Rimsha Noor (11)

London, England

Do any of you know the story of “The Rich Pudding”?
If you don’t then in a few minutes you will.

The pudding is comforting and soft; chocolaty and irresistible.
Well that’s only how it looks and feels the appearance and texture of the pudding is very rich but the taste is completely opposite…

There was a wicked girl called Angelina, who adored teasing every one of how poor they were and how rich she was. It was her parents fault mainly; for they had turned their daughter into a spoiled brat! Bad nature was stuffed in her from the moment she was born and today was her eighteenth birthday...

The party had begun. Angelina stood there waiting for someone terribly. She had met a girl the same age as her, yesterday in the park..

The girl looked very rich and modern; for that girl was wearing a huge and pretty ball gown in the park! Although Angelina belonged to a high class family herself, she always busted with greed. She pretended to be nice and sweet in front of the girl and the girl’s parents and made good friends with her. She even invited the girl to her birthday party; which was tomorrow! Only because she wanted them to give her a splendid gift!
When the girl and Angelina were alone, away from the girl’s parents, she said something to the girl in a tone as if she was ordering her to,” I want a ball gown; it should be better then yours!”

And because at the last moment she had ruined and been what she really was, she thought Sandy would not come! But she did; she was holding a plate with something that looked like pudding.
“This is for you Angelina; try it.” Sandy spoke.
Some people had gathered around staring at the heavenly delight; their mouth filled with water.
The pudding was so attractable that Angelina couldn’t stop herself until she had finished the last bite.

Then something happened to her: she fainted in such a way that the people couldn’t hide their horror.
“She’s dead!” Sandy giggled in a terrifying tone.

Sandy and her parents were all ghosts who travelled the world, searching for people like Angelina and trying different ways to teach people like her a lesson. And the rich pudding was the wickedest lesson ever which never gives you a chance to improve!

Angelina’s parents died with loneliness and when they were alive, they thought how stupid they were to turn their daughter into what she was!

Cool story and looks like you've drawn the drawing yourself. It is a good picture.
