For many years ago there was a monster called Medusa. Medusa had an ugly face with two green eyes. She had a big nose, a small mouth and a long purple tongue! There were horrible snakes on her head. The people were scared from Medusa she coud turn you into a statue.

A beatiful woman called Danae lived in the country. danae didn't have a husband, but she had a brave son, Perseus.

One day,the king invited danae to the castle. He told her to be a queen and live in the castle, but she didn't want to be a queen. The king was angry with Danae and he didn't let her to leave the castle.

Perseus was worried when his mother didn't come home. He went to the castle and ask the king to let her mother free. The King said that she can go, but first he must kill Medusa.

Perseus had a shiny shield, a sword and magic sandals with wings. He flew to medusa's cave very quickly. Perseus saw medusa with his shiny shield and cut her head.

Perseus took medusa's head to the castle. The King and the people were happy and he let Danae go home.
