Why Mom's Always Yell

A myth submitted to the site by Lydia Barrow

Louisiana, USA

One day my Mom said, "You know what little girl I am going to tell you a little story about me."
I said,"OK Mom you can tell me a story about you."

Mom said when she was little she had a mean mean mean teacher. Her teacher always yelled so Mom got so very tired of it. So she wanted to run run run away from school. She told her friends and they had a idea so after school they got together and talked.

The next day they told everyone about their idea. They rememberd that her teacher's birthday was the next day so they would scream suprise so loud that the teacher got a sub for the rest of the year and the children were so happy.

Mom said that's why she always screams at me because now she is used to screaming. And thats why Moms always scream.
