This is a tale about how the Wrekin was created.

Many years ago, there was a time when it was almost unbelievable. A monstrous, scary looking thing appeared out of nowhere - it was a giant! I bet you want to know how it all started, well, there was a beast, it was a zombie beast. The beast and the giant they started arguing, right next to a quite big castle, and that castle was where the giant lived - I don’t know how he got in it!

And then an angel appeared, she looked like a sweet, lovely and kind, and she only lived around the corner, so she heard them arguing. She was like a magic fairy, she could fly because she had no legs and her name was Wondy Rose.

So Wondy Rose got a treasure chest which had spells inside it, she pretended it had gold inside it and they believed it. They opened the box and, suddenly they turned to stone, once they turned to stone, after a while grass grew over them. Then they became called THE WREKIN.
And that’s how the Wrekin was created.
