After lengthy after school hours and much hard work, the teachers slept. The unit was not close to being done. However, there was good intent and the children were the focus.

At some point in the night St. Catherine of Hain who had once been amongst them but was now amidst the vines and pasta, crept into the room without being noticed. She looked at their work and smiled. They had pleased her.

She copiously worked throughout the night and when the teachers arose their cups were full of red grape juice to awaken them and the work had been completed and there were many kinds of pasta for them to enjoy!
