How the Cheetah Got its Spots

A myth submitted to the site by Alyssa

Bismark, Germany

Long ago there was a beautiful golden cat that was very generous and thankful. His best friend was a rabbit named Titan.

One day The cheetah became very hungry and started walking around in the dark and ate his friend Titan.

As a symbol of shame the cheetah went to White Hair the most powerful rabbit on Earth. He begged for the rabbit to bring his friend back and the rabbit agreed. As a token the rabbit cursed the cheetah to have black tar on his back for eternity. the cheetah agreed.
The rabbit used the cheetahs fur and brang Titan back.
