The Lincoln Imp

Lincoln Cathedral, England

One horrid day in Spalding Satan(devil) decided to let his Imp`s out to play .Outside the steaming gates of hell the Imp`s where causing mayhem. But then the wind blew them all the way to lincoln cathedral. The imp`s wanted to enter the cathedral but wheren`t courageous enough. But then the imp found his inner courage and flew into the cathedral.

In the cathedral the imp reaked havoc he tripped the bishop up and couldn`t help but laugh then he ran over to the dean in laughter. Then the imp sneakily knocked the dean over and laughed even harder. After that the imp stole the hymn book of the choir but suddenly a angel popped out of the book.

The angel told the imp to stop but the imp wouldn`t listen and started to throw stones at the angel . But then with a flash of blinding light the imp turned to stone.

The morel of the story is that good will always triumph over evil.
