Eggbert, the saver of the world

A myth submitted to the site by Sophie Killalea

Holbrook, NSW, Australia

One day in Ancient Killalea the Gods Aceptarilo and Sizzle de Frances sent down 3 children to keep the city calm, safe and free from destruction. Their names were Yoko, Shelly and Eggbert. They had special powers and could change minds, make people healthy and make food appear. The whole city knew and many people were excited, but some were envious and wanted the powers that the children had. But if anyone disturbed the childrens box they kept their special powers in a terrible thing would happen. It was a special box that they shared with each other. The children each had their own powers Yoko was strong and saved people from fires, floods and other major disasters, Shelly gave food and shelters to the homeless people and she made sick healthy again, and Eggbert, Yoko and Shelly didn't like Eggbert because he was small and never did anything, but Eggbert's job was to make flowers and bring happiness to the world.

A man name Droso wanted these powers because he wasn't popular, and he wanted to save the world. So he tried to steal the box off the children. Yoko had it at the time, and the gods had warned everyone only the real 3 children that had been sent from the gods could successfully open the box. Droso stole the box. Yoko was very worried and was scared as what would happen. Shelly tried to make him brake his arms with her special powers , but it didn't work because her powers only worked to make things good not bad. Droso slowly opened the box and out came a terrible thing. Unhappiness. Everyone in the world was lost and had depression. But everyone had forgotten about Eggbert, who could make happiness. So he went all over the world making people happy, and at the end he saved the world. So he was crowned king of Ancient Killalea.
