Isis and Osiris

Memphis, Egypt

The sun god Ra had been ruling Egypt for many years. Eventually he retired and went to the afterlife. So that left his son Osiris to rule. Now Osiris had an evil brother, Seth. Life was happy in Egypt Osiris the brave and Isis the fair ruled.

One day Seth gave Osiris a casket. He decided to try it out...SNAP! Seth threw the casket into the Nile.

Unluckily for him Isis found it. So this time Seth scattered 14 bits of Osiris around Egypt.Mmeanwhile Isis had a son ,Horus. Slowly Isis found the bits and Horus battled Seth.
The battle raged for 8 days. Horus even lost his eye! Finally Horus sliced of Seth's head and Osiris became lord of the underworld. So eventually Horus became Pharaoh (king).
