A myth submitted to the site by Ani

Zagreb, Croatia

Once upon a time, from ancient Egypt came a story about a mummy. The story is very old and all people from Egypt know it. Here it is. Egyptians believe in many gods the most powerfull was Ra. But this story is not about him. Thare were many other gods like Anubis, Oziris, Toth, Nut and thousands of them.

The god that brought chaos and deadly storms name was Set.
Set was angry and he wanted to become a pharaoh of all gods and Egypt. he knew that he must kill Oziris first. So he killed him and cut him on many peaces end threw them all over the Egypt.
Luckly Anubis who was the god of death but the strange thing is he was good and Izida, the master of magic, found all peaces of Osirises body and put them back together. Anubis put them in many dresses and Izida casted a spell to bring him back to life.

But the great judge of Egypt didnt allow him live in the world of life. So he found a bautiful cave under cave and he lives there as a pharaoh of underground.
