Subway Stare

A myth submitted to the site by Angela

London underground station, Scotland

A woman was sitting on the subway late one night and noticed a woman staring intently at her. She pretended that she didn't notice the woman staring at her but each time she took a glance at the woman the woman was continually staring at her.

At one of the stops a new passenger got on and sat beside her. After a few minuets he quietly told her that he thinks she should get off at the next stop. Knowing that the next stop was a busy one she agreed that she would get off the subway.

When the next stop came up she got off with the man. “Thank God, I didn't mean to scare you but I had to get you off that train, the woman sitting across from you was dead - the men at either side of her were propping her up”.
