Vennra

A myth submitted to the site by Egg

Sweden, Sweden

A long time ago a mighty Viking god went out hunting for deer, all of a sudden they herd a small howl slowly he crept closer and closer un till a dark shadow lay at his feet... it was a small wolf cub adorable in every way apart from its oddly large paws.

Over time the wolf grew older it was named Vennra. However it grew bigger and bigger and more violent every day until he went to far and bit his owners hand - enraged he chained the beast up . Unfortunately Vennra broke free and destroyed the closest village .

The next morning his owner summoned the skilled dwarves of the north for a solution for his hairy problem . So they collected the :beard of a woman, the root of a mountain and the foot prints of a cat. At the end of the month they handed him a sash like material. Not believing in what he saw, he chained the wolf up...and he is still here to this day.
