Death of the Lie

A myth submitted to the site by Ozair Ahmed

Zibily, Greece

Once upon a time, a young man called Dave who had ginger hair, was always getting into trouble but it wasn't his fault, it was his friends doing mischievous pranks. Now that I mention it his friends were more like his alter egos (enemies). They all lived in a secret island in Greece called Zibily and its secretly protected because there was 1,000,000 blocks of gold hidden there.

One day someone called John searched deeply for the gold but he could never find it even though he lives in Zibily! Dave was always behaving good but one lie of his killed all four of his friends. John was very evil and on that very day before Dave's friends died, John broke into Dave's house.
John had a sword in his hand and demanded Dave to tell him where the gold was and Dave replied it was in his friends' house and that was the lie which lead to death.

John killed them and before they died they screamed so loud that they woke up the Greek god Zeus! After that, Zeus cleared John from existence and put a curse on Dave, so every time he lied he'd be struck by lightning.
