Gaea

A myth submitted to the site by Priya Ahgnas

The Beyond

Back in the time when Gaea was born, the Earth was nothing then a huge rock of dirt. Gaea was born out of the chaos but this was how she really was born. When there was nothing in the universe but the Milky Way.

Actually the Milky Way was Khan Akin the father of all. He wanted a wife but who could be his partner for life? No one was as mightiest as him. But then one day he spotted the beautifulest being in the universe, Araia, the mother of stars. Khan and Araia got married. But eventually they bore children , one child they bore was Gaea. She was tiny compared to the others but was beautiful as a jewel. They adored Gaea and kept her close. But eventually she left.

She went everywhere in the universe and finally found a place to settle. Suddenly explosions of light and Gaea started to form. First she was red and orange and looked like rage. Then she turned black and white, good and evil, many others but finally she chose green. Green as beautiful as nature its self. That is how Earth became.

But the chaos part? Well she was born when Khan and Araia where fighting the Darkness. Everything was in chaos , stars collided, universes were destroyed only Gaea remained unscathed. That is Gaea's story. You can find out for sure if you want, just go outside and ask Gaea. Sing the sacred songs of the elves, then she will tell you. Only then.
