This is no a Fairy Tale

A myth submitted to the site by SafiyaHussain

Cairo, Egypt

Many, many years ago before either me and you even existed, there lived a powerful but menacing queen. You may think she looked grotesque just like all the other fairy-tales, but you are wrong. The clue is in the name 'this is not a fairy-tale' She wasn't sublime either she had a plain look just like any other ordinary woman. She had no unique features at all, worst of all she even look like a queen, but was she really like that inside? Read on to answer your question.

The ordinary queen was called Coralline and had silky get black hair. The tone of her skin was milky-white. She had cherry-red lips and hazel eyes. She may seem nice however once you're on her bad-side there's no escape.

One mundane morning Coralline was on her evil side and wanted to cause some trouble. She chose her target (an innocent girl around the age of nine called Anthony). All day she got the sublime child into trouble by her parents, the public etc. when she tried to tell her parents that it was the queen making trouble she got into even more trouble. What was she to do? She couldn't stand getting in trouble, not when she was a well-mannered girl. No everyone would think she was using them. She had to do something on her own. But what? “if only someone would see the story behind this maybe they'd behead her” Anthony.

Finally the day was over and Anthony could get some rest. But what if this carried on, no it wouldn't she would have to stop this nonsense. Anthony thought to herself The next day everything was back to normal, it had been a dream. Anthony woke up with a huge sigh “what a relief!”

Want to know why this isn't a fairy-tale - because there are no
fairies in it of course!
