Rainbow Myth

Newcastle, England

Once there was a god who controlled rainbows. He was called Thumper. Whenever he banged a stick really hard, it would make a rainbow. The Rainbow was really big. At first it had four colours which were red, orange, yellow and green but then he added three more colours which were blue, indigo and violet. When the stick was broken the rainbow broke into pieces.
