You may have heard that kittens have sandpaper tongues ,well this is how they got them.

One day three kittens were wandering along a road when they came across a workshop. Now this was not just any workshop it was a sandpaper workshop. So they went in the workshop and saw some sandpaper. The weird kittens did not know that it was sandpaper and licked the sandpaper, now this is not all of the story.

So they went home told all the other cats what they had done. All of the other cats then went to lick the sandpaper and their tongues turned into sandpaper.

That is how kittens and cats got their sandpaper tongues.
