The Halloween Monster

Haifa, Israel

It was Halloween and the school teachers had just finished work.
They were feeling thirsty and after a hard day’s work they went to their local café for a drink.
Sam: I’m only staying for one drink. I have got to get home soon.
Dan: Four large coffees please!
The clock struck midnight and the teachers had already had five cups of coffee each.
One of the teachers, James, was starting to feel a little bit ill.
His head was hurting and his legs started to shake.
James: My wife’s going to kill me. I think it’s time I went home.
James was turning to go when he saw it.
It was huge and very fierce looking.
James froze with fear.
monster: Yum Yum - supper!!
James: Help Mummy!!!
The monster was about to eat James when...
A taxi driver came to the rescue
Taxi driver: Quick, get in!!
James got into the taxi and the driver hit the accelerator.
James relaxed in the back seat knowing he was safely on his way home.
If James had looked out of the rear window of his taxi he might not have felt so relaxed ...
Witch: I’m coming to get you James. Ha ha ha!!!
That’s all folks!!
